Fellowship trained Orthopedic Elbow/Shoulder surgeon to join a well-established private practice.
The practice will employ this physician; offering a salary plus productivity bonus, usual range of benefits and partnership track or; independent practitioner in equal split shared expense arrangement.
Group takes its own call and also provides hospital ER call with a call subsidy. Existing physicians are well-trained and highly regarded in the community. The hand surgeon in the practice was recently voted by peers as a Las Vegas Top Doctor.
The practice provides state-of-the-art care for common problems including carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, tendinitis, sports injuries, and trauma in a personal unhurried manner. The Hand Center has an on-site full-time occupational therapist expertly trained in hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehabilitation; an acute, triage center within the office near the patient exam rooms so that the patient, doctor and therapist can optimally set a team effort rehabilitative treatment plan. The practice offers a full service therapy unit for patients with ongoing rehabilitation care for their industrial, traumatic, arthritic, sports, and neurologic conditions of the upper extremity. The therapy team rotates between the acute center and the therapy unit to provide for continuity of care and to maximize physician contact and supervision. In addition, the practice offers a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled therapy team working full-time providing splinting, massage, range of motion, sensitization and desensitization techniques. They offer paraffin, ultrasound, cryotherapy and other modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
